The purpose of an infographic is to give the reader tons of facts and information about one topic. The pros of using an infographic is that it is really fun to read and look at all of the pictures but a con is that there isn't quite as much information as there would be in maybe a paper written about the topic. An infographic can help convey a message to an audience by putting in interesting pictures or words that really may stand out to the reader. I could use infographics in a business class or maybe even a math class.
